Thank you Developers for adding chapter 1 of Song of Solomon. Originally, the entire book had been missing from the app, but a recent update fixed the problem. Im sure you are in the process of adding the other 7 chapters at which time I will give 5 stars again, if there are no other problems.

UPDATE: first of all customer service has been super fast and completely helpful. I was notified that an update was made, downloaded it and my criticism below has been completely fixed- 5 stars now! When I first downloaded this app it was great; I used it for years. I dont know if they keep trying to add things that mess it up, but now, even after fixes, the longer verses wont scroll. Its as if Ive "flinged" it as though Im done with the verse and it goes away...

There are only a couple of things I would like to change. 1. Light adjustment. So I can go to a night screen: white words on black. 2. I use the topic line to put the verse broken up as a help to remember the verse itself such as: John 3:16: God...world...gave...son...would... Sometimes I want to memorize a whole passage. I can put all the words that will help me, but I cannot see all the words on the review page. It was not always like this, but in one of your updates you limited how many words can be seen. Makes it difficult to edit later to reduce the words when I dont need them anymore. I do love this app. Thanks, Dottie

Most important app after the Bible and the only app I ever paid for. Worth every penny (and it wasnt many)

I use it to learn theater text fragments and poems. It works very well. Only one annoying thing: the text doesnt scroll properly in training mode once you reached the falt.

This is a great application for those wanting to memorize scripture. Well laid out, looks nice, and is fairly easy to get used to. I only rated it 4 stars instead of five for these reasons. 1: often (and this is quit often) times it wont download a verse from the Internet even when I am connected to both wifi and a cellular network. 2: when you want to put a scripture into a category you cannot just click an already made category you have to retype it out every time.

Some bad moments

To an account to save your verses. Theyll get it so screwed up youll never get it straightened up again. I suggest using a different app.

I bought this thinking it would be a good transition from my flash cards which Zi have been using for decades. The cards work better! This app does not offer much help for a beginner, it dictates the version of the Bible you use AND it has pre-loaded verses, unless you want to type them in word by word. Im very disappointed-wish I could get my money back, thats why Im writing this review-in the hope others will not make the same mistake.

Im a huge fan of this app! I use the flash cards everyday and have memorized again everything I had once memorized, over 40 chunks of scripture, including all of Philippians, in just 2 months! Now Im just growing and adding to it. Hear a scripture at church, moved by it, adding it to the mix. Changes how I can daily abide and follow Jesus. Love it. If I had constructive criticism, it would be to bring back the niv84 and have some ability to resize scripture or scroll on the flashcards since some passages Im memorizing are longer than the screen.

The automatic review could be a little more detailed in personal augmentation, but it takes very little work with automatic look up of verses, and review schedule. The reference quizes are very helpful. I have very little I would add to this app.

Really love this App! Whatever your struggle or need for inspiration, choose your topic and get the loving inspiration you need. Wonderful to be able to share with others through their struggles as they ask for prayer requests as well. Thanks for a great App, a great way to learn the Bible, get needed biblical help and the ability to help others!

I enjoy the app very much; would be nice to have option to increase font size.
